Governance & Safety Assurances

The Executive Response Readiness Service (ERRS) is built as an independent stewardship discipline with strict operational boundaries to protect agency authority.

Technical Posture

No System Integration

ERRS operates as a managed service entirely off-platform. Because the service is based on agency-authorized materials and exports, it is designed to avoid requiring direct system access or write-privileges to agency systems of record, subject to agency requirements and approvals.

Authority Posture

No Decision Authority

ERRS is a non-directive service. We do not approve decisions, enforce policy, or replace the professional judgment of warranted officials. Agencies retain full discretion over all outputs.

Operational Posture

No Response Generation

The framework does not generate testimony or draft formal responses. It preserves the factual record from which leaders respond using their own judgment.

Compliance Posture

Contextual Alignment

The service is intended to align with federal stewardship expectations (e.g., OMB Circular A-123 concepts and the GAO Green Book) for contextual reference. It does not alter statutory obligations, agency policy, or legal responsibilities.

Buyer FAQ

The Executive Response Readiness Service (ERRS) is designed to support leadership decision-making while respecting agency security, data governance, and procurement requirements. The clarifications below are provided for informational purposes only and do not supersede agency policy or authority.

Data Boundary: ERRS is designed to operate on agency-authorized data exports. It is intended to avoid requiring direct system access, internal email content, or transaction-level message data, subject to agency requirements and approvals.
Sensitive Data: ERRS does not require ingestion of personally identifiable information (PII) or controlled unclassified information (CUI) unless expressly authorized by the agency. Data scope and sensitivity classification remain under agency control.
Hosting & Execution: Analytical processing may be performed in environments determined by the agency, including customer-managed or government-approved cloud environments. The deployment approach is subject to agency security and architectural requirements.
Model Training: ERRS does not train models on agency-specific data. Analytical outputs are generated for the agency’s use and are not incorporated into generalized model training.
Retention & Ownership: Analytical outputs and derived materials are intended to remain under agency ownership. Data retention, records management, and deletion practices are governed by agency policy and applicable records schedules.
Access Controls & Subprocessors: Access to analytical materials is limited to authorized personnel following least-privilege principles. Any use of subprocessors or supporting services is subject to agency approval and contractual terms.
Security Artifacts: Standard security documentation (e.g., system security plans, incident response procedures, encryption practices, vulnerability management summaries) may be made available for review upon request, subject to contractual and security constraints.
